In this notice, “ALL IN CAR HIRE” and “the company” refer to Oriani Complementa SL.

2Purpose of the website and contracting

This website provides information about ALL IN CAR HIRE vehicle rental services and allows visitors to view offers, request information and submit and manage booking requests.

This notice governs access to, browsing and use of the website. Vehicle bookings and rentals are also governed by the Rental Terms and Conditions, the accepted offer, the booking confirmation and the applicable contract, which must be made available to the customer before entering into the contract.

Prices, taxes, included services, possible extras and other terms for each rental are those stated in the pre-contract information and booking and contract documents. This notice does not change the terms of an existing rental contract or limit the customer’s statutory rights.

3Use of the website

Users must use the website lawfully and in good faith, respecting the rights of others. Introducing malicious code, attempting unauthorised access to systems or data, impersonating others or taking actions that damage or disrupt the website is prohibited.

Official Junta de Andalucía complaint forms are available to consumers. You can request them from the company and submit them to the address or email above. The form and information about submitting it are also available on the official Consumo Responde website.

Official complaint forms will receive a reasoned response within a maximum of ten working days of receipt, in accordance with Andalusian rules. If you receive no response within that period or disagree with it, you may contact the competent public consumer services.

The company is not a member of the Spanish Consumer Arbitration System or another consumer alternative dispute resolution scheme. If a complaint cannot be resolved directly, the company will provide, on paper or another durable medium, the legally required information about a competent dispute resolution entity and whether it will participate in the procedure, in accordance with Spanish Law 7/2017. This does not prevent access to the courts or limit consumer rights.
